Piracetam works for me really well, it truly sets my tongue free. I personally can see its magic mostly when in social situations where I have to talk. It makes me really want to talk and I even like to start topics. My tongue is lets just say much more flexible I can spell out quicker without it getting entangled in difficult words and flow of ideas into mouth is so much more synchronized and fluent.

First off all, imagine that you have absolutely no anxiety. I don’t generally have social anxiety or anything like that, but on Piracetam it was as if you basically became able to talk to everyone with absolutely no problem; another trait of hypomania that it induces: hypersociability.

Secondly, my memory started working crazily well. I remember I was sitting in a class and I was learning about the meninges of the brain, and I was instantly connecting the meaning of the words with visual images and linking them on-the-fly as the teacher was talking, and it made recall of the subject matter super easy and effortless. Just one example of many. Another was where the hypersociability aspect was fully operational and I was picking up a girl (I was very much into that sort of thing back then) and I would pick up various details instantly and during our next meet, it would be uncanny how I managed to incorporate some of that information in my conversations, which basically made me appear as some sort of silver-tongued womanizer. At that point, a very welcomed effect.
